Default Include collectibles in the list of drops not affected by loot-scale

I understand that with loot scaling A.net wants to reduce the effectiveness of cash farming, while keeping the loot unchanged for gold and green items, rare materials and others listed in their upgrade.

I ask to extend this list also to collectibles, that are all the drops that can be exchanged to a collector NPC for various foci/weapons.

This collector foci/weapon represent a perfect solution to equip your heroes. I have 8 active characters and therefore a ton of heroes, so several times I farmed to get behemoth hides, bull trainer jawbones, sandblasted lodestones and so on.
Now those kind of drops will be much harder to obtain, and therefore it will be more difficult to fulfil the needs of the heroes.

So my suggestion is as follows:

1. Include collectibles in the list of drops not affected by loot scaling;

2. In order to avoid that such collectibles could represent a source of cash for pure cash farmers or bots, give them the symbolic value of 1g, as for dyes;

3. For the same reason above, give all collectors weapons obtained in exchange of collectible drops a symbolic value (1g or 5g, doesnt really matter).

This would prevent pure cash farmers to exploit collectible drops to get cash, and in the same time give players the possibility to acquire collectors items in a reasonable amount of time.

Collectibles are also called 'trophies'.

So I want to add this:
- Force bosses to always drop at least one trophy, along with the rest of their drops, to at least one human.
That is, no matter how many human-controled players are in the party, at least one of them would get a trophy from the boss when it is killed.

They are not a way to make money, they are a 'proof' of killing a monster and one of the quickest ways to equip heroes.
Currently, with the loot scale affecting them, that is no more. Going for green items is faster than using collectors.

If at least bosses droped an item, at least in hard mode, you you'll have just to kill the boss 5 times to get some of the colletor rewards, instead of killing it 10 to get the green.

I was all ready to come in here and /notsign this, but #2 and #3 are good ideas. This allows players to get good cheap items, but doesn't fill gold coffers via merch fodder. What about salvaging, though? Most collector drops will salvage to a few common mats. I guess the cost of the salvage kit and the time spent doing that would probably make it not worthwhile. Probably really close to break even for gold, as well.
So... good idea.

or ... simply make HM monsters drop stacks of trophies ...

that way you could get huge amount of trophies without need to solofarm.

This idea really makes sense -- I also have a good number of chars and heroes (I have 12 chars that I play and most of them have all heroes now so getting them GOOD weapons is a chore!). (-:
